Peaches N Cream Popsicles

Creamy vanilla yogurt mixed with tangy and sweet peach puree makes the perfect summer time treat.

Equipment

  • 1 blender
  • 1 popsicle mold
  • 8 popsicle sticks

Ingredients
  

  • Peaches Puree:
  • 4 peaches peeled, cored and sliced
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup or your favorite sweetener
  • Cream Base:
  • 1/2 cup greek yogurt
  • 1 Cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 Tbs vanilla

Instructions
 

  • Peel your peaches. Slice the soft, juicy flesh off of the pit. My kids ate the skin as a snack! If your peaches are ripe and juicy, the peels will be delicious too.
  • Slice the peaches to fit into your blender.
  • Blend together into a puree: peaches and maple syrup.
  • In a bowl or blender, mix together greek yogurt, heavy cream, and vanilla.
  • Prep your popsicle molds.
  • Pour the cream base into each mold slot about 3/4 of the way full.
  • Pour the peach puree into the remaining space.
  • use a popsicle stick, toothpick, or chop stick to swirl the two flavors together.
  • Freeze for 4-6 hours and enjoy!
