Peel your peaches. Slice the soft, juicy flesh off of the pit. My kids ate the skin as a snack! If your peaches are ripe and juicy, the peels will be delicious too.
Slice the peaches to fit into your blender.
Blend together into a puree: peaches and maple syrup.
In a bowl or blender, mix together greek yogurt, heavy cream, and vanilla.
Prep your popsicle molds.
Pour the cream base into each mold slot about 3/4 of the way full.
Pour the peach puree into the remaining space.
use a popsicle stick, toothpick, or chop stick to swirl the two flavors together.
Freeze for 4-6 hours and enjoy!
